WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU USE TO CONDUCT YOUR SERVICES?
We partner with trainerize, a third party mobile app, that allows us create a large platform of information for our clients. This includes video instructions/demonstrations on exercises, in-app messaging, program delivery, calendars that sync appointments and creates an inclusive and exciting community for our clients. (Currently Inactive)

Zach and Chris work as a team in order to provide the best service possible for all our clients. This allows us to collaborate and strategize while also having more flexibility to deliver our services. Who you see for any given session may depend on scheduling and availability, however one of us will always be there to accommodate. If you need to specifically contact one of us individually, there is messaging on the app or you can email us directly.
DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM/EXERCISE EQUIPMENT/ EXCESS SPACE AT HOME?
There's no need to purchase anything! We offer a variety of different services that can accommodate for any limitation or restriction. Whether you want to workout at home, at your community gym or even outside in the woods; we have a service that will fulfill your needs.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT I CHECK WITH MY PHYSICIAN BEFORE I START AN EXERCISE PROGRAM?
Depending on your age and health history, there may be some important tests the doctor may need to perform before you begin exercising. Tests such as an EKG, stress test, blood tests, etc. are essential if you are over 40 years old, overweight, or have a history of disease or illness. The doctor may have recommendations on what type of exercises you can perform.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
The type of results that will be seen may vary and are subjective to each individual. Some of these factors include age, genetics, diet/metabolism, exercise goals, limitations/restrictions, etc... While physical changes are a great indication of improvements in fitness and health, we also try to emphasize the other benefits such as increased energy, reduced stress levels, brain/bodily function, etc...
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. A session can be cancelled or rescheduled, however, cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee. This is a standard fitness industry policy. If you wish to cancel a recurring membership, please be aware that we do charge an initial fee (1st 3 months) when you sign up. This is non-refundable. Think of this as an investment in yourself and a way to hold all of us accountable to reaching your goals.
IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN JOINING A GYM?
Would you rather pay for a membership that you may forget about and never use or pay for a community that keeps you accountable and provides information and expertise to keep you moving towards your goals. Don't fall into the trap of year long gym memberships with sneaky fees, use your money for something that WILL work!
WHAT CAN A PERSONAL TRAINER DO FOR ME?
If you have ever wanted to lose weight, have more energy or enhance your physical performance, then a personal trainer may be for you. In addition to delivering an effective exercise program and motivating you, a trainer will also look at lifestyle issues and nutrition that contribute to making your exercise program more effective. Most importantly, a trainer will hold you accountable and make sure your investment in yourself is worth every penny!
