Premium Training Package
- Initial online meeting (establish goals, abilities, fitness/health history).
- 1x per week video call with your trainer plus unlimited in app messaging.
- Very specific and tailored workout program AND meal plan that adheres to your goals and limitations.
- Our programs include warm-ups, cool-downs, mobility and movements that are perfect for you.
- Meal plan can be customized for any lifestyle or dietary restriction!
1 on 1 Personal Training
Pricing varies based on preferences (1 session=1 credit, Credits can range from $80-$120)
- Customized plan tailored to your health and fitness goals based on your equipment and space available. Can be online as well.
- 1 hour sessions directly supervised by one of our coaches.
- Technique and form correction, exercise demonstration/explanation, nutritional advice, accountability/motivation.
- All the benefits of the premium training packages are included!
- The extent of our training services can be In-Home, Virtual or at your Community Gym!
- Estimate can be given when your information is provided.

Standard Training Package
- Initial online meeting (establish goals, abilities, fitness/health history)
- 2x per month video call with your trainer to go over your program and progress.
- Very specific and tailored workout program that adheres to your goals and limitations.
- Our programs include warm-ups, cool-downs, mobility and movements that are perfect for you.
$100 per month
Nutritional Package
- Initial online meeting (establish preferences/dietary restrictions, health history, and concerns or expectations)
- Personally customized meal plan that adheres to your goals and limitations.
- 1x per week video call with your coach to go over progress and any questions.

Running Program
- Form/Technique guidance
- Extensive program that will go over warm-ups, cool-downs, workouts and easy runs.
- Short programs for beginners, preparation for smaller or larger races, or even programs just to get a little more active, we can do it all!
- 4 week, 8 week, 12 week, 24 week, and year long programs
- Pre-workout exercises
- Post-workout exercises and stretches
